The process of transfer of shares is very simple.

The seller delivers documents to the buyer. These consist of a share certificate and transfer deed wherein the seller's signatures are verified, duly verified by the company and witnessed by a responsible person.

The buyer fills in the signature on the form of transfer, the place of
transfer along with a signature of witness and other particularsregarding him. After completing transfer deed, documents are lodged with the company requesting to register the transfer. Then the company effects the transfer in buyer's name, endorse the certificate in the name of buyer and enters the buyer's name in the register of members. The buyer from that date becomes entitled to all the dividends and rights that attach to those shares.
